This Privacy Policy describes how SwiftMath (“the App”) handles information when you use the application.

We respect your privacy. SwiftMath is designed to work without collecting or storing personal data.

Application refers to SwiftMath.
Company refers to T.J. van Os.
Service refers to the Application.
You means the individual using the Application.

2. Information We Collect

SwiftMath does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide identifying information.

Data stored on your device

The App stores gameplay information such as:

scores
progress
settings

This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SwiftMath offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

All payments, subscriptions, and purchase history are handled and stored by Apple.
We do not receive:

your name
your email address
your Apple ID
your payment details
your billing information

Apple provides us only with a technical signal that tells us whether a purchase is active so the App can unlock premium features.

We do not sell, share, rent, or transmit any personal data.

Apple may process data in connection with App Store purchases in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We do not operate any servers or databases that store user information.

All gameplay data remains on your device.
All purchase records are stored and managed by Apple.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, we do not have access to information that could be used to identify you.

If you wish to manage or delete any data related to purchases, you may do so through your Apple ID:

7. Children’s Privacy

SwiftMath does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

The App does not require user accounts or collect identifying information.

8. Links to Other Websites

The App may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features change.
Any updates will be published on the App Store listing and within the App.
