These Additional Terms of Use apply to the SwiftMath application and supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at:

If there is any conflict between these Additional Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s EULA shall control.
SwiftMath may offer non-consumable in-app purchases described as “Lifetime” or “Lifetime Access”.
“Lifetime” means access to the purchased SwiftMath features for as long as the SwiftMath application remains available and supported on Apple-supported operating systems, subject to Apple’s App Store policies and technical availability.
Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability beyond the life of the application, the App Store, or the platform on which the application operates.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue SwiftMath, in whole or in part, at any time for technical, business, legal, or operational reasons.
If SwiftMath is discontinued:
SwiftMath may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their Apple ID account settings.
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
